UK domestic postage is currently set at the low price of only £2.99 per order for the Royal Mail's 2nd class service, or for the Royal Mail's 1st class service, £3.99. Note that as the standard first and second class services are not tracked, the number supplied by the Royal Mail can only be used to confirm delivery. However, subject to order value, we do quite frequently upgrade orders to a fully tracked Royal Mail service, which will allow the parcel to be tracked all the way through the network. We are also pleased to confirm that all orders over the value of £50.00 will now be shipped carriage free.

We are also pleased to announce that we are now shipping to both the US and mainland Europe.

Prices for the US are shown exclusive of VAT as this is not payable in the US. Goods are shipped exclusive of US taxes and at a rate of either £9.99 for standard delivery, or £14.99 for an express delivery service provided by DHL.

Prices for the EU are inclusive of VAT that we are obliged to collect and remit. This is done via the EU's IOSS system and means that there are no hidden charges that the customer will be expected to pay when the goods are delivery. For shipment to Europe, we are offering a standard delivery service that has a transit time of between 4 and 5 days and has a shipping cost of only £4.99. For those in need of a swifter delivery service, we are also pleased to offer a DHL Express service at the price of £14.99. Like with the UK, all international orders over the value of £50.00 benefit from free standard shipping.

Please also note that any order placed will be in British Pounds and your card issuer will convert the order value into your home currency, whether that be US dollars or Euros.

We endeavour to send all orders received before 14.00 on the same day. However, there are occasions when demand means that this is not possible, in which case we aim to send the goods out within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please note that same day despatch does not apply to bespoke printed garments which are subject to a 72 hour delivery window. This is to allow for us to complete and issue a full pre production proof of your printed running t shirt-we like to do this so that we deliver exactly what you want. We appreciate your understanding.

We sincerely hope that all is delivered to your satisfaction, but do understand that there are times when returns to be made. In this instance, if at all unhappy with your order, under our no quibble returns policy, goods can be returned in an unworn state and with the full packaging for full refund if returned to us within 365 days of delivery. Unfortunately this does not apply to any goods which have been customised at the customers request. 

In order to reinforce our commitment to total customer satisfaction, we're also happy to confirm that all returns can now be made free of a return charge.
