We always aim to answer queries within 6 hours but we are a small business and there are times when we may take a little longer to come back to you-we hope you'll understand.

All orders received before 14.00 will be despatched the same day. UK domestic postage is currently set at the low price of only £1.99 per order for the Royal Mail's 2nd class service, or for the Royal Mail's 1st class service, £2.99. We also offer an overnight service provided by the Royal Mail, at a low cost of only £4.99, but please note that orders do need to be received by 14.00 in order to secure next day delivery. Please note also that the next day delivery service is only made on Mondays through to Saturdays. We are also pleased to confirm that all orders over the value of £50.00 will now be shipped carriage free.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer online shipping to either Europe or the rest of the world. Customers from outside of the UK can simply give us a call or drop us an email for further delivery information.

Please note that same day despatch does not apply to bespoke printed garments which are subject to a 72 hour delivery window. This is to allow for us to complete and issue a full pre production proof of your printed running t shirt-we like to do this so that we deliver exactly what you want. We appreciate your understanding.

We sincerely hope that all is delivered to your satisfaction, but do understand that there are times when returns to be made. In this instance, if at all unhappy with your order, under our no quibble returns policy, goods can be returned in an unworn state and with the full packaging for full refund if returned to us within 365 days of delivery. Unfortunately this does not apply to any goods which have been customised at the customers request. 

In order to reinforce our commitment to toal customer satisfaction, we're also happy to confirm that all returns can now be made free of a return charge.
