We genuinely hope that you may find what you need on the site, but in the eventuality that you need to speak with a human being, we can be reached by telephone on 01245 468711. We're always happy to talk, especially if it's to offer some advice as to the best product for you, or which size you should opt for. Note though that we are internet only and due to restrictions imposed by our insurance company, we're not currently permitted to have members visit us at our Chelmsford warehouse.

We always aim to answer queries within 6 hours but we are a small business and there are times when we may take a little longer to come back to you-we hope you'll understand.

 

Shipping and Delivery

UK domestic postage is currently set at the low price of only £2.99 per order for the Royal Mail's 2nd class service, or for the Royal Mail's 1st class service, £3.99. Note that as the standard first and second class services are not tracked, the number supplied by the Royal Mail can only be used to confirm delivery. However, subject to order value, we do quite frequently upgrade orders to a fully tracked Royal Mail service, which will allow the parcel to be tracked all the way through the network. We are also pleased to confirm that all orders over the value of £50.00 will now be shipped carriage free.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer online shipping to either Europe or the rest of the world. Customers from outside of the UK can simply give us a call or drop us an email for further delivery information.

We endeavour to send all orders received before 14.00 on the same day. However, there are occasions when demand means that this is not possible, in which case we aim to send the goods out within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please note that same day despatch does not apply to bespoke printed garments which are subject to a 72 hour delivery window. This is to allow for us to complete and issue a full pre production proof of your printed running t shirt-we like to do this so that we deliver exactly what you want. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Returns and Replacements

We sincerely hope that all is delivered to your satisfaction, but do understand that there are times when returns to be made. In this instance, if at all unhappy with your order, under our no quibble returns policy, goods can be returned in an unworn state and with the full packaging for full refund if returned to us within 365 days of delivery. Unfortunately this does not apply to any goods which have been customised at the customers request. 

In order to reinforce our commitment to toal customer satisfaction, we're also happy to confirm that all returns can now be made free of a return charge.
