All orders received before 14.00 will be despatched the same day. UK domestic postage is currently set at the low price of only £1.99 per order for the Royal Mail's 2nd class service, or for the Royal Mail's 1st class service, £2.99. We also offer an overnight service provided by DPD, at a low cost of only £3.99, but please note that orders do need to be received by 14.00 in order to secure next day delivery. Unfortunately we do not currently offer online shipping to either Europe or the rest of the world. Customers from outside of the UK can simply give us a call or drop us an email for further delivery information.
Please note that same day despatch does not apply to bespoke printed garments which are subject to a 72 hour delivery window. This is to allow for us to complete and issue a full pre production proof of your printed running t shirt-we like to do this so that we deliver exactly what you want. We appreciate your understanding.
We sincerely hope that all is delivered to your satisfaction, but do understand that there are times when returns to be made. In this instance, if at all unhappy with your order, under our no quibble returns policy, goods can be returned in an unworn state and with the full packaging for full refund if returned to us within 365 days of delivery. Unfortunately this does not apply to any goods which have been customised at the customers request. Note though that we cannot refund any return postage charges unless the reason for return has been caused by Time To Run. In the rare eventuality that goods need to be returned, then they should be returned via the Royal Mail to:
